Competition Growing In Week 3

by RTXS

Orlando, Florida - Things are starting to heat up as we begin to see real contact football growing in week 3. Four teams took the field as one team emerged as the victor, one team lost, and two teams ended in a tie.

It's starting to get interesting in the NLFA as the 1st place Bombers seemingly destroyed the Wranglers, an inexperienced team with future talented players. That's why we're a developmental league whose purpose is to help coaches, players, and staff members learn to compete at the next level.

The Bombers showed up and showed out, doing everything right in a one-sided match-up versus the Wranglers showing force on offense, defense, and special teams. The main event in week 3 was the LumberJacks (1-0) vs the Roughnecks (1-1). Both teams appeared to be even on paper, but at the end of an unfortunate overtime battle, a good offense and defense may not be complete without special teams, and a solid presence in the red zone (No Hot  Zones, P.A.T. SCORES).

Let's Go NLFA, year 4 in week 4. This Saturday's matchups will feature the Bombers (2-0) vs Roughnecks (1-1-1), and the LumberJacks (1-0-1) vs Wranglers (0-3).
