About the North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA)

Introducing the North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA)—a forward-thinking developmental and showcase football league based in Bossier City, Louisiana. Since its founding in 2019, the NLFA has evolved into a launchpad for post-high school athletes seeking structure, exposure, and a real opportunity to pursue football beyond the traditional college path.

No longer focused solely on championship titles, the NLFA has shifted its mission toward player development, visibility, and career advancement. Operating as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the league owns and manages eight teams competing across three regional hubs in the Ark-La-Tex every spring, from March to May.

The NLFA is not just about winning games—it's about winning opportunities. Athletes are placed in a highly organized environment designed to help them sharpen their skills, build professional-quality game film, and generate meaningful stats—all critical tools for catching the attention of indoor, arena, and international scouts. Every snap is a showcase, and every athlete is treated as a prospect.

Whether players are fresh out of high school or have some college experience, the NLFA offers a valuable stepping stone for those not yet ready—or not planning—to pursue a four-year college football career. Our goal is simple: help overlooked or under-supported athletes turn raw potential into real-world football and life opportunities.

In addition to on-field development, the NLFA connects players with job training, trade career pathways, and military enlistment options—providing a complete approach to personal and professional growth.

The North Louisiana Football Alliance is rewriting the rules on what a football league can be: less about trophies, more about trajectories. Welcome to the NLFA—a showcase for talent, a system for development, and a community built for the next level.

MISSION STATEMENT:

The mission of the North Louisiana Football Alliance is to empower underprivileged young adults, ages 18 to 24, by providing structured opportunities for growth through developmental football, certified coaching, and comprehensive life skills training. As we look toward 2026, the NLFA is expanding its focus beyond the field, offering programs in workforce readiness, trades, education support, and personal development. Our goal is to equip each participant with the tools, discipline, and mentorship needed to succeed as athletes and as leaders, professionals, and contributing members of their communities.

VISION:

The North Louisiana Football Alliance envisions becoming the leading post-high school developmental football league in the southern region, where athletic talent meets purpose and opportunity. Beyond player development and exposure, the NLFA is committed to equipping young adults from underserved communities with access to career training, life skills education, and meaningful mentorship. By building strong community ties and offering a high-quality football experience, the NLFA aims to be a trusted pipeline for professional teams and a catalyst for personal growth and lifelong success.
