NLFA League Scout and Recruiter Registration
Become an NLFA League Scout or Recruiter
Help Identify & Develop the Next Wave of Talent
The North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA) Scout & Recruiter Program is designed for individuals who are passionate about player evaluation, talent identification, and community-based recruiting. This program supports the league’s mission to provide 18–24-year-old athletes with structured football opportunities, exposure, and pathways to professional indoor/arena and international leagues.
NLFA Scouts and Recruiters play a vital role in identifying athletes who fit the league’s competitive needs, regional demographics, and developmental mission.
About the NLFA Scout & Recruiter Program
The NLFA Scout & Recruiter Program is a league-controlled initiative focused exclusively on recruiting talent for participation in the North Louisiana Football Alliance.
Recruitment efforts are aligned with:
- League roster needs by position
- Geographic priorities across the Ark-La-Tex region
- Athletes transitioning from high school, JUCO, or those seeking a second opportunity
Players who meet NLFA eligibility standards and player conduct expectations
This program is not a third-party scouting service and does not recruit on behalf of outside teams or leagues. All scouting and recruiting activity is conducted in support of NLFA teams and league operations.
To recognize their efforts, authorized NLFA scouts and recruiters will earn a commission ranging from 15% to 30% of each new recruit’s one-time registration fee
