HOLLAND WITHERSPOON
Holland Witherspoon, the president, and founder of the North Louisiana Football Alliance, brings a rich background to his role. Before establishing the NLFA, Holland dedicated 21 years to service in both the Army and US Air Force, culminating in his retirement. Alongside his extensive management experience, he boasts over 9 years of football coaching expertise. Currently, in his fifth year as the organization's president, Holland Witherspoon's leadership is backed by a wealth of diverse experience.

ROBERT CALHOUN JR.
Robert Calhoun Jr, Vice President of the North Louisiana Football Alliance, brings a wealth of experience in financial management to his role, where he also serves as the organization's treasurer. Beyond his contributions to the NLFA, Robert is a retired military veteran, having dedicated over 20 years to the US Air Force. In addition to his military service, he is a proactive entrepreneur, skillfully overseeing the daily operations of his independent ventures outside the NLFA.

A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Mr. Swan brings a deep-rooted connection to the community and a profound understanding of the local football landscape. His impressive background in both business and football will undoubtedly steer the NLFA toward continued growth and success.

ALLEN SMITH
Allen Smith, a Monroe, Louisiana native, brings a wealth of experience to his new role as Deputy Commissioner of the North Louisiana Football Alliance. With 35 years of officiating football and six years of coaching boys' soccer, he has dedicated much of his career to sports leadership. Additionally, he served as a Regional Coordinator for MAIS Officials in Region 7, working closely with athletic coordinators, coaches, and principals.

N'Dric Clark currently serves as the Director of Football Operations and Player Safety for the North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA). With a solid background in football coaching, Clark spent two impactful years with the Bombers, taking on dual roles as offensive coordinator and interim head coach.

His coaching acumen extends beyond professional ranks, having accumulated over four years of experience guiding youth and high school teams. In addition to his coaching expertise, Clark brings a diverse skill set from his experience in sales as a travel agent, which has enriched his strategic and organizational abilities in football operations.

Hailing from Bastrop, Louisiana, Chad Fisher brings a deep-rooted connection to the local football community and an impressive wealth of experience. Having spent nearly a decade refining his craft as a referee, Fisher possesses an innate understanding of the nuances of the game and a proven track record of maintaining fairness and integrity on the field.

Crystal McNeal, a Sioux City, Iowa native, brings a diverse background in education, case management, and business operations to the NLFA. She holds an Associate’s degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences and has experience with the Ouachita Parish School Board, Louisiana Department of Health, and AmeriCorps’ education mentoring programs.

Crystal has also played key roles in multiple family businesses, managing marketing for a life insurance and investment company, overseeing car dealership and U-Haul operations, and contributing to various other ventures. Her expertise in marketing and sales makes her a valuable asset to the NLFA team.

ELYCE THOMAS
Elyce Thomas is a dedicated leader and mentor from Oil City, Louisiana, currently studying esthetics at Belbo Beauty Institute. With over a decade of dance experience, she has served as a Head Dance Coach and has a background in management and student engagement.

Her professional journey includes roles in retail, hospitality, and pageantry, where she proudly holds the title of Miss CenLa 2025 and is preparing to compete for Miss Louisiana this June. Passionate about empowerment and personal development, Elyce founded U.D.I.D. (Undeniably Divine Inspirational Development) to inspire confidence and growth in others.

As the proprietor of Agee Innovations LLC, he navigates the realm of talent management with finesse, representing a diverse pool of over 15 athletes. His expertise extends to coaching as the Head Coach of Athletic Engineering, where he molds athletic prowess into strategic excellence.
