Your High School Football Career May Be Over. Your Development Doesn't Have to Be.

The North Louisiana Football Alliance is now accepting players for the upcoming season.

The NLFA provides young athletes with another opportunity to develop, compete, build experience, and prepare for what's next—both on the field and beyond football.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Players Ages 18–24

The NLFA's primary player-development program is open to eligible athletes between the ages of 18 and 24.

Offensive & Defensive Linemen Up to Age 28

Recognizing the developmental needs and career longevity of the position, the NLFA is also recruiting qualified offensive and defensive linemen up to 28-years-old.

STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL AND ALREADY 18?

You may not have to wait until graduation.

Eligible 18-year-old student-athletes who are currently enrolled in high school may participate with the NLFA during the spring prior to graduation, provided they are not participating in another high school sport at the same time.

That means graduating seniors whose high school football careers have ended may have an opportunity to continue developing before receiving their diplomas.

CTE & JUMP START STUDENT-ATHLETES — THERE'S A PLACE FOR YOU

Are you enrolled in a Career & Technical Education (CTE) pathway or Louisiana Jump Start program?

Planning to attend technical school?

Learning a trade?

Preparing to enter the workforce after graduation?

You don't necessarily have to choose between building your career and continuing to play football.

The NLFA was built to provide young adults with developmental opportunities that extend beyond the football field.

Our goal is to connect football with education, workforce development, technical training, mentorship, career preparation, and personal development.

Whether your next step is college, technical education, an apprenticeship, the workforce, military service, or another professional opportunity, the NLFA can provide an organized environment where you can continue developing as an athlete while preparing for your future.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for young men who are ready to work, learn, compete, and develop.

You don't need a stack of scholarship offers.

You don't need thousands of social media followers.

And you don't need to have your entire future figured out.

You need to be willing to show up, accept coaching, put in the work, and take advantage of the opportunities placed in front of you.

If you're an overlooked athlete, an unrecruited senior, a CTE or Jump Start student, a technical college student, a young adult entering the workforce, or simply someone who believes you still have more football left in you, we want to hear from you.
