About the NLFA

The North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA) is a nine-man developmental football league based in the Ark-La-Tex region. Since 2019, we’ve provided young athletes with the opportunity to gain valuable film, statistics, and exposure to professional indoor, arena, and international football organizations. In addition to football, we connect players with life skills training, career pathways, and community service opportunities.

We are preparing for our 2026 season and are seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to join our front office team.

Open Positions

Director of EDUCATION & LIFE SKILLS

Role: Oversees the league’s partnership with First Bossier Baptist and community training initiatives.
Key Skills: Administrative efficiency, communication.
Compensation: Volunteer/seasonal stipend.

Media & Communications Manager

Role: Manages league social media and livestream coverage.
Key Skills: Content creation and video editing preferred.
Compensation: Volunteer/seasonal stipend.

Operations Manager/Event Coordinator

Role: Oversees on-site logistics, including facility setup, vendor management, and event flow.
Key Skills: Organization, communication, problem-solving, leadership, creativity, and time management.
Compensation: Volunteer/seasonal stipend.

MARKETING & Sponsorship COORDINATOR

Role: Handles promotion of the event, social media coverage, and on-site sponsor activations.
Key Skills: Sales, marketing, and relationship building.
Compensation: Commission-based.

Commitment

• Duration: January 2026 – May 2026

• Time Requirement: 5–10 hours/week preseason; increased commitment during game weeks.

• Location: Primarily remote with in-person presence at games/events.
