About the NLFA
The North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA) is a nine-man developmental football league based in the Ark-La-Tex region. Since 2019, we’ve provided young athletes with the opportunity to gain valuable film, statistics, and exposure to professional indoor, arena, and international football organizations. In addition to football, we connect players with life skills training, career pathways, and community service opportunities.
We are preparing for our 2027 season and are seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to join our front office team.
