We are excited to announce that the North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA) is currently seeking talented and passionate individuals to fill coaching vacancies within our esteemed organization. If you have a deep love for the game, exceptional coaching skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of aspiring athletes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As an established football league, the NLFA aims to promote the development of young players by providing them with exceptional coaching and guidance. We believe that skilled and dedicated coaches play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the sport and the athletes involved. Therefore, we are actively searching for enthusiastic coaches who can contribute to the growth and success of our programs.

Position Details:

Head Coach:

• Responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated athletes.
• Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance the players' skills and tactical understanding.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to help athletes achieve their maximum potential.
• Coordinate with the coaching staff to ensure a cohesive and successful team dynamic.
• Collaborate with the NLFA management to uphold the organization's values and objectives.

Assistant Coach:

• Assist the head coach in all aspects of team management and training.
• Conduct drills and practice sessions to improve individual and team performance.
• Offer support and guidance to athletes during training sessions and competitive matches.
• Collaborate with other assistant coaches to foster a positive and productive team environment.
• Aid in the implementation of coaching strategies and game plans.

Requirements:

• Previous coaching experience (junior high, or high school level is preferred)
• Strong knowledge of football tactics, techniques, and rules.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential.
• Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
