Roughnecks Out Score Wranglers to Head Into Week 3 with Momentum

Orlando, Florida - Only one game was played this past weekend in week 2 of the NLFA 2023 season where the Roughnecks emerged victorious, securing their first win. 

The Roughnecks move to 1-1 as they head into week 3 looking to defeat the Lumberjacks for their second matchup this season.

The Wranglers coaches and players are still adjusting to the game of nine-man football, and like many other new developmental, minor, or professional league teams, everyone must fulfill their roles on offense, defense, and special teams by giving 100% effort on every down and every play. 

The next few weeks will be very interesting for the NLFA and like last season RTXS stated that "it's not who starts strong, but who finishes strong". Each week you've got to always compete and contribute to the team as a whole.

NLFA week 3 double-header features game 1 with the Roughnecks vs Lumberjacks and game 2 with the Wranglers vs Bombers. Geaux NLFA!
