The North Louisiana Football Alliance is proud to announce the first cities to join the league. Bossier City, La was the first of three cities to join, followed by Springhill, La and Longview, TX for its inaugural season. There have been other cities within the Ark-La-Tex who have shown interest, but have not confirmed joining at this time.

Team and stadium names will be announced shortly as the league prepares for its first NLFA conference, scheduled for June 8, 2019. The conference will be a showcase in which the league will unveil its plans and strategy, preparing for the inaugural 2020 season.

"The North Louisiana Football Alliance's (NLFA) primary objective is to create a brand that both the players and the community can be proud to represent each year. Community involvement is something that the NLFA strives to nurture, with the intent that potential fans of each team feel that they truly belong to something they can call their own, said the league owner and president". "Our goal is to birth a new outlook on semi-professional football by providing a high-quality level of football during the non-traditional spring season".
