This registration is specifically for returning players who have been officially placed on a team roster for the upcoming season. 

Returning players have the opportunity to make a new squad selection during this period or continue their commitment to their current team. In addition, all players may be required to complete a thorough pre-participation physical examination to assess their fitness and address any health concerns prior to the official commencement of training camp or the new season.

For any athletes with outstanding paperwork from the previous season, please complete it at this time.
