Another Week with More Developmental Football to Go

by RTXS

The NLFA has finished another week with more full-contact developmental football to go. Every week in the NLFA we assist, develop, and encourage, coaches, players, and referees to work hard on their football fundamental skills on offense, defense, and special teams plays.

With only one game this past weekend between the Lumberjacks and Wranglers, the Wranglers won (26-14) to stay in first place. One question for this weekend is, what teams will keep in stride, and which teams will survive in week and quarter number five?

The 2-0 Wranglers will take on the 1-1 Bombers in an NLFA first-ever fifth-quarter match-up to settle unfinished business from the postponed game on March 16th due to a 4th quarter rain out.

Both teams will play a full 4 quarter game plus an extra quarter to finish the previous week 2 game with the #1 Wranglers winning by two, over the #3 Bombers leaving the score 14-12.

Meanwhile, the second game between the #4 Lumberjacks and #2 Roughnecks will not take place resulting in a forfeit due to travel arrangements on the Lumberjacks behalf.
