NLFA Announces New Scout and Recruiter Program
Bossier City, LA — The North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA) is proud to announce the launch of its official Scout and Recruiter Program, designed to expand player recruitment efforts across the Ark-La-Tex region while creating new opportunities for motivated individuals to join the league’s mission of developing young athletes on and off the field.
Under this new program, both internal and external scouts and recruiters can now work directly with the NLFA to identify and recruit qualified athletes between the ages of 18 and 24 for the upcoming season. Participants will play a vital role in connecting talented players with the league’s developmental platform — offering each recruit access to quality coaching, life skills training, and professional exposure.
To recognize their efforts, authorized NLFA scouts and recruiters will earn a commission ranging from 15% to 30% of each new recruit’s one-time registration fee. Based on the league’s standard fee of $200, this translates to a commission of $30 to $60 per player successfully signed and verified.
All recruiters must register with the NLFA to receive an official Recruiter ID, which ensures accurate tracking and payment. Commissions are issued within 30 days after a recruited player’s registration is confirmed.
“This initiative not only rewards those who help us grow the league but also strengthens our connection to the local football community,” said Holland D. Witherspoon, President of the NLFA. “We’re building a system that recognizes the value of grassroots recruitment and the passion of those who help young athletes take their next step.”
Individuals interested in joining the NLFA Scout and Recruiter Program can request more information or register by contacting the league directly at info@nlfafootball.com.
