NLFA Now Accepting Coaching Applications for the 2027 Season

The North Louisiana Football Alliance (NLFA) is officially accepting coaching applications for the 2027 season.

As the region's fastest-growing developmental nine-man football league, the NLFA is entering an exciting new chapter. Our mission extends beyond the football field by preparing young adults ages 18–24 for success through football, workforce development, life skills education, and community leadership.

We are seeking dedicated men and women who believe coaching is about developing character as much as athletic ability.

We're Looking For Leaders Who:

• Have a passion for teaching and mentoring young adults.
• Display professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Believe in player development both on and off the field.
• Work well within a team-oriented organizational structure.
• Want to help build one of the nation's premier developmental football organizations.
