Randall Kelly Named NLFA Head of Football Operations

The North Louisiana Football Alliance is proud to announce the addition of ULM alumni Randall Kelly to be the NLFA Head of Football Operations as the league continues to prepare for its inaugural 2020 season.

Originally from Columbia, Louisiana, Mr. Kelly now resides in the Shreveport-Bossier area, and has a passion for the game of football in general. Having played at the collegiate level, with a background in marketing and management, Mr. Kelly is a valued addition to the growing NLFA executive staff.
