Wranglers Finish Strong, Blank Bombers 36-0 in Week 4

Despite opening the game without starting quarterback Fernando Espinosa, the Wranglers never missed a beat. Backup Carlos DeLeon guided the offense for much of the first quarter before Espinoza returned and helped ignite a dominant aerial attack.

Wide receiver Tederrion Jacobs-Hudson delivered one of the most explosive individual performances in league history, hauling in a record four catches for four touchdowns in a single game. Espinoza was efficient and productive upon entering the game, throwing for more than 90 yards and three touchdowns as the Wranglers pulled away.

The Wranglers’ offense struck quickly and often, but their defense was equally impressive, pitching a shutout and limiting the Bombers’ scoring opportunities throughout the afternoon.

While the Bombers showed flashes of promise and moved the ball at times, they were unable to convert those spurts into points against a locked-in Wranglers defense.

With the victory, the Wranglers close the regular season with momentum and reinforce themselves as a team capable of explosive playmaking on both sides of the ball. For the Bombers, the result was a tough finish, but one that also showed glimpses of growth despite the final score.
